PRIVACY POLICY
Act on the Big Thing
Effective date: October 31, 2026

1. WHO WE ARE
Act on the Big Thing ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Ibrahim Said Darwish Al Riyami, House 3263, Way 2732, Al Khuwair, Muscat 133, Oman. This policy explains what information the Act on the Big Thing app (the "App") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account information: your name, email address, and sign-in details.

Your coaching content: the things you write and choose in the App, including your Big Vision, Real Land, Possibility Land, goals, reflections, daily progress, and streaks.

AI Coach conversations: the messages you send to the AI Coach inside the App and its replies.

Community information: if you join a pod or community group, your name and the progress you choose to share with your pod members.

Subscription information: whether you have an active subscription. Payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not see or store your card details.

Device information: your device type and the notification token needed to send you push notifications, if you allow them.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
1. To run the App and your account.
2. To save your goals, reflections, and progress so you can continue where you left off.
3. To provide AI coaching responses.
4. To let your coach support you (see section 6).
5. To send reminders and notifications you have allowed.
6. To manage your subscription.
7. To fix problems and improve the App.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. WHO CAN SEE YOUR INFORMATION
Your coach. If you use the App with a coach, your coach can see your Big Vision, Real Land, Possibility Land, reflections, and progress through their coach panel. Coaches act as administrators for the people they coach, so they can see the information you add in the App. You are told about this when you sign up.

Your pod. Other members of your pod see only what you choose to share with the pod.

Service providers. We use trusted services to run the App:
1. Supabase, to store your account and data.
2. Firebase, to send push notifications.
3. OpenAI, to power the AI Coach. Your AI Coach messages are sent to OpenAI to produce replies.
4. RevenueCat, Google Play, and the Apple App Store, to manage subscriptions.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
Your data is stored with Supabase, which uses access controls and encryption. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR DATA
You can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, your personal data, including your Big Vision, Real Land, Possibility Land, reflections, progress, and AI Coach conversations, is deleted from our database.

To request deletion, delete your account inside the App, or email Ibrahim@actonthebigthing.com from the email you used to sign up. We will confirm once it is done.

Some records are held by others and are not controlled by us. Google Play and the Apple App Store keep their own payment records, as the law requires them to. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. To stop billing, cancel in your Google Play or Apple subscription settings.

7. YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information. Email Ibrahim@actonthebigthing.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
We send notifications only if you allow them. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not designed for children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, email Ibrahim@actonthebigthing.com and we will delete it.

10. INTERNATIONAL USE
The App is used around the world. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, where our service providers operate. By using the App, you agree to this.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and tell you in the App. Using the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
