TERMS OF SERVICE
Act on the Big Thing
Effective date: October 31, 2026

1. ABOUT THE APP
Act on the Big Thing (the "App") is a personal development app that helps you set a vision, choose your Big Thing, and take action with daily progress tracking, AI coaching, and community accountability. The App is operated by Ibrahim Said Darwish Al Riyami, House 3263, Way 2732, Al Khuwair, Muscat 133, Oman ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. WHO CAN USE THE APP
The App is open to everyone. If you are under the age of legal capacity where you live, please use the App together with a parent or guardian.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up. Tell us at Ibrahim@actonthebigthing.com if you think someone else has used your account.

4. FREE PLAN AND SUBSCRIPTION
Some features are free. Other features need a paid subscription. The price and billing period are shown in the App before you subscribe.

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and they renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Google Play or Apple subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their own rules, except where the law says otherwise.

5. AI COACH
The App includes an AI Coach. It gives general guidance to support your growth. It is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, or financial adviser, and its replies are not professional advice. AI replies can be wrong, so please use your own judgment. If you are in crisis or need medical or mental health help, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

6. COACHES AND YOUR INFORMATION
If you use the App with a coach, your coach can see your Big Vision, Real Land, Possibility Land, reflections, and progress through their coach panel. You are told about this when you sign up. If you do not want this, do not link your account to a coach.

7. COMMUNITY AND PODS
Pods are small groups for accountability. Be kind and respectful. Share only what you are comfortable sharing, because pod members see what you choose to share with the pod.

8. YOUR CONTENT
What you write in the App stays yours. You give us permission to store it and process it so we can run the App for you, including sending AI Coach messages to our AI provider. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

9. OUR PROPERTY
The App, its design, text, methods, and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may use the App for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer it.

10. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
1. Break the law or use the App to harm others.
2. Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or coaches.
3. Share another person's private information without permission.
4. Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the App.
5. Use the App to copy or build a competing product.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses services from others, such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, Supabase, Firebase, OpenAI, and RevenueCat. Their own terms apply to their services.

12. DISCLAIMERS
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work without interruption or errors, or that it will give you any particular result. Your results depend on your own actions.

13. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

14. ENDING YOUR USE
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. When an account is closed, your right to use the App ends. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so please cancel it in your Google Play or Apple settings.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above and tell you in the App. Using the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Oman. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
